Winter Exercise

My morning reps may be different than yours:
Lift light weight, walk twenty steps, go down stairs,
Walk twenty more steps, squat, lift three pounds.
Repeat until light weight becomes heavy.
Lift heavy weight, walk forty steps, squat down,
Place many three pound weights in bin. These are
My morning reps.

Repeat each early morning through winter.
For extra cardio sweep bits from floor.
The saying goes firewood warms you twice
And I can attest to this while doing
My morning reps.
